HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Reese Witherspoon is among the all-star cast for the latest animated feature from DreamWorks,  "Monsters vs. Aliens," which debuts in theaters this weekend.

Witherspoon's character is Susan Murphy, a California girl who is unwittingly clobbered by a meteor full of outer space gunk on her wedding day, an incident that leads to her mysteriously growing to 49-feet-11-inches tall.

Other stars lending their voice in the film include Kiefer Sutherland, Hugh Laurie, Seth Rogen, Paul Rudd, Will Arnett, Rainn Wilson and Stephen Colbert.
