T-PainGEORGETOWN, Guyana — Hip-hop and R&B star T-Pain has bowed out of a concert appearance in Guyana after receiving "credible death and kidnapping threats," his promoter told The Associated Press.

The 23-year-old singer, whose real name is Faheem Najm, was scheduled to perform Monday night as part of the South American nation's Carnival celebrations.
