HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Chuck Wicks and Julianne Hough were together again at Wednesday's Country Music Association Awards, even though their relationship has come to an end.
"Julianne is actually my date tonight, so it's all good man," Wicks told Entertainment Tonight while taking a break from his red carpet duties for the program. "We're going to have a good time and we will address [the split] together, but right now we're going to have a lot of fun."
Wicks, 30, and Hough, 21, got together after they met on Brad Paisley's summer 2008 concert tour, in which they both performed. The pair also tangoed their way to fifth place on last season's Dancing with the Stars.
Wicks said the former couple would address their breakup together at some point, but the CMA Awards weren't the time and place for that.
"Obviously there's been a lot of rumors about Julianne and I and our breakup and what's going on with that, but tonight is about the music," he said.
