Simon Cowell's regular exercise
LOS ANGELES – Simon Cowell does 500 push-ups a day.
The 'X Factor' judge sticks to the same routine every day which includes regular exercise, breakfast in bed and at least four beers in the evening.
He told People magazine: "I'll do 500 push-ups in a day religiously, and if I can I like to have a workout. Then I have a steam and a bath but I always have breakfast in bed.
