HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Orlando Bloom is dealing with thieves in real life.
"The Pirates of the Caribbean" star had his Hollywood Hills home broken into by burglars, who reportedly made off with close to $500,000 worth of jewelry, law enforcement officials tell TMZ.
The heist took place while Bloom was in New York City and has been labeled as not a "typical burglary" by authorities. Officials would not confirm whether that meant they suspected the case to be an inside job.
The 32-year-old actor has yet to comment on the robbery.
