The independent record label has filed a breach-of-contract lawsuit against McGraw, claiming the country superstar failed to provide a fifth and final album that met contractual obligations by an April deadline.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Tim McGraw and Faith Hill will host a star-studded concert to benefit Nashville flood victims, the couple announced Monday.
"Nashville Rising: A Benefit Concert For Flood Recovery" will be held at Nashville's Bridgestone Arena on June 22. In addition to McGraw and Hill, performers already lined up include Jason Aldean, Brooks & Dunn, Luke Bryan, Miley Cyrus, Amy Grant, Miranda Lambert, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Martina McBride, LeAnn Rimes, Michael W. Smith, Taylor Swift and Carrie Underwood.
"The damage that we've seen to people's homes and the effect that the flooding has had on their lives is unimaginable," McGraw and Hill said in a statement. "But we've seen the spirit of our community firsthand, as volunteers, church groups and our local business leaders rally to help."
Tickets for the benefit concert will go on sale May 14, with prices ranging between $25 and $75.
This is the latest effort by some of Nashville's biggest stars to support their home state, where recent flooding has killed 23 people. Last week, "Flood Relief with Vince Gill and Friends," a local telethon organized by WSMV-TV, raised more than $1.7 million for the Salvation Army, the Red Cross and the Second Harvest Food Bank.
