Otarian, which originated in Australia, is a privately owned venture headed by Radhika Oswal. It has been a long standing passion of hers to see a restaurant offering that is both tasty and beneficial to the environment. The Otarian chain is being launched in New York and London with a vision to expand in to other geographies over time. Over the last few years several million dollars have been invested in to the Otarian project. Investment has been made on an R&D level to develop an offering that will appeal to consumers. Moreover a wide range of consultants have been brought in from Australia, USA, UK and Europe to ensure that the correct ground work has been done to bring this project to life.
