Rapper Jay-Z visits MuchOnDemand at the MuchMusic HQ on October 31, 2009 in Toronto, Canada.
On Thursday, Jay-Z And Alicia Keys rocked the sell-out crowd at Yankees Stadium prior to Game 2 of the World Series with a performance of the Big Apple anthem "Empire State of Mind." Jay-Z took the field decked out in his trademark Yankees hat and matching jacket while Keys jammed alongside at the piano.
"I think it almost seems like it's the anthem for New York right now," Yankees shortstop Derek Jeter told MLB.com. "I got an opportunity to get to know Jay-Z throughout the years and he's very, very talented doing a lot of things. But he knows what he's doing, so I think New York has kind of embraced that song."
