Eva Longoria Parker Pictures: Eva Longoria Parker arrives at the grand opening of her Beso restaurant at Crystals at CityCenter on December 3, 2009 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
"Vegas has the most energy in the world," Longoria Parker previously told People of expanding her restaurant empire to Sin City. "It's a foodie city, which is great for us because of our menu. Everything we offer is pretty unique. Nobody in Vegas has anything similar."
CityCenter, a 67-acre, $8.5 billion mixed-use urban development center, is a joint project between MGM Mirage and Dubai World. It is said to be the biggest privately financed construction project in United States history and one of the world's largest green projects being built with the Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED) Gold certified Green Building Rating System.
