According to The New York Post, Baldwin is part of an elite group hoping to sway LeBron James to the New York Knights. He is reportedly joined by Spike Lee, John McEnroe, Chris Rock, Tracy Morgan, Donald Trump and Boomer Esiason, plus Knicks legends Earl Monroe, Walt Frazier and Willis Reed.

"We are in the process of assembling a committee of friends of the Knicks who are many of the city's most successful winners and leaders (and) who have thrived in the world's greatest city," said Knicks spokesman Barry Watkins.
