HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Casey Affleck has settled a pair of sexual harassment cases brought on by his alleged conduct during filming of I'm Still Here, a documentary about his brother-in-law Joaquin Phoenix.
Both producer Amanda White and cinematographer Magdalena Gorka filed lawsuits against Affleck in July for $2 million and $2.25 million, respectively.
"The disputes between Flemmy Productions, LLC and Casey Affleck with Amanda White and Magdalena Gorka in connection with the film I'm Still Here have been resolved to the mutual satisfaction of the parties and the lawsuits are being dismissed," Affleck's reps told The Hollywood Reporter in a statement.
The two sides reportedly held a secret mediation a few weeks ago that led to the settlements.
The financial terms of the deals were not revealed, although it was disclosed that both White and Gorka will still receive credit for the film.
