HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Sean Penn created some of the biggest buzz on Oscar night, stepping out with supermodel Petra Nemcova by his side.
When asked about her date for the evening, the 28-year-old Nemcova told People, "Yes, we are friends. He is on the advisory board of my charity."
A source adds, however, that the pair may be much more than just "friends," saying they were also together the night before at L.A. nightclub Villa.
The 47-year-old Penn announced that he was separating from his wife of 11 years, actress Robin Wright Penn, shortly after Christmas. The former couple's divorce papers cited "irreconcilable differences" and asked for joint legal and physical custody of their two children, Hopper Jack, 14, and Dylan Frances, 16.
