Watch: 'The Hills' Final Season Trailer

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — It looks like it's going to be an exciting ride into the sunset for The Hills.

On Tuesday, MTV premiered a trailer for the show's final season and it teased some pretty hot topics, including Heidi Montag's plastic surgery and Kristin Cavallari's rumored drug use.

The trailer opens with scenes from the first season of the show, featuring original star Lauren Conrad and the gang.

Following the trip down memory lane, the teaser looks ahead to what's in store for this season, including Montag visiting her mom for the first time after her now famous 10 plastic surgery procedures in a single day.

"Nobody's seen Heidi 3.0," says Montag, who is also shown contemplating divorce in the teaser.

There's also a sneak peek at Audrina Patridge hanging with her new beau, musician Ryan Cabrera.

The final 12 episodes of The Hills begin airing on April 27.
