The 42-year-old star married French businessman François-Henri Pinault on Saturday in Venice, Italy. It was the second wedding for the couple, who first tied the knot on Valentine's Day at the City Hall of the Sixth Arrondissement in central Paris.

While their first wedding was an intimate one, the couple's second go-around was a star-studded affair. According to People, approximately 150 friends and family attended the black-tie event held at the Venice opera house La Fenice. Among the stars in attendance were Penelope Cruz, Edward Norton, Woody Harrelson, Ashley Judd, Charlize Theron, Stuart Townsend, Bono, Gael García Bernal, David Blaine, Anna Wintour and former French President Jacques Chirac.

Hayek wore a Balenciaga wedding gown by Nicholas Ghesquiere at the ceremony, in which guests arrived wearing black and gold masks, the magazine said.

The night before, the pair threw a masquerade ball at the city's historic Punta Della Dogana.

Hayek first met her 46-year-old husband three years ago in Venice. The couple welcomed their first child, daughter Valentina Paloma, in September 2007. Valentina is Hayek's first child, while Pinault has two children from a previous marriage.

Hayek previously admitted to Glamour magazine that she wasn't in a rush to walk down the aisle.

"Do I think we are going to get married? Probably. Will it make a difference? I hope not. I don't have a need for marriage," the actress and producer said.

"You want to grow old with someone, you want to have a partner and to have children — we have all those things," she added. "Some people need the commitment. Maybe we'll just make the party!"
