NEW YORK — Gwyneth Paltrow was hospitalized Monday at New York's Mount Sinai Hospital for reasons unknown, Us Magazine reported.
"She was slumped over in a wheelchair pushed by [husband] Chris Martin," an eyewitness tells Us. "She looked not well."
A rep for the for the 35-year-old actress said, "We are not commenting as it's a personal matter."
"She is at home and OK," her rep said.
In 2003, Paltrow married Chris Martin of the British rock group Coldplay in a secret wedding ceremony in Southern California. The couple has two children, Apple Martin, 3, and Moses Martin, 1.
Paltrow won an Oscar for her role in the 1998 film "Shakespeare in Love." She will next appear in the film "Two Lovers," alongside River Phoenix.
