HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Eddie Cibrian is slamming a tabloid report that he's been cheating on LeAnn Rimes with none other than his soon-to-be ex-wife, Brandi Glanville.
The 37-year-old actor took to Twitter on Wednesday, blaming Glanville for trying to stir things up after he famously left her for the country star.
"Once again my ex has stooped to a new low attempting to sabotage my beautiful relationship with LeAnn," wrote Cibrian. "Not surprisingly the ONLY magazine that decided to run the story shares the same credibility and delusion as my ex. They should be ashamed of themselves."
Cibrian was referring to a Star magazine story that claims he's been enjoying some "passionate all-night sex sessions" with Glanville.
"LeAnn is getting a bitter taste of her own medicine," a friend of Glanville's told the mag. "Eddie will keep cheating, because that's just what he does."
Cibrian and Rimes were both married when they allegedly started having an affair last year. Cibrian filed for divorce from Glanville in August 2009 and Rimes ended her marriage to Dean Sheremet months later.
Cibrian and Glanville were married for eight years and have two sons – Mason, 7, and Jake, 3.
The former CSI: Miami star is in the process of moving in with Rimes, who happens to live near Glanville in Calabasas, Calif.
