Dating Watch: Blake Lively and Penn Badgley Break Up

Blake Lively, Penn Badgley, break, up, breakup, split, dating, couple, pictures, picture, photos, photo, pics, pic, images, image, hot, sexy, latest, new, 2010HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — It's over for Blake Lively and Penn Badgley.

The Gossip Girl co-stars have split after three years of dating, a rep for the couple confirmed Wednesday.

Lively and Badgley, both 23, reportedly called it quits a few weeks ago.

So what caused the break up? An insider tells Star magazine that Lively wanted marriage and her beau wasn't ready to commit.

"Blake comes from a traditional Southern Baptist background, and she's always had her eye on getting married and having lots of children," the insider explained. "The pressure on him to settle down at such a young age finally reached the point where he realized he and Blake couldn't get on the same page, timing-wise, about starting a family."
