The 36-year-old singer - who recently gave birth to her sixth child - has been hit with a lawsuit which alleges she walked away with the majority of a "wardrobe of high fashion items" that were provided by company Via Davia Vintage for her 2007 European tour.

Stuntman, Empire State Building Settle Lawsuit

NEW YORK –  A TV daredevil and the Empire State Building's owners have settled a $12 million lawsuit over his April 2006 parachute-jump attempt.

Court records show the building owners' civil case against stuntman Jeb Corliss was closed last week.

Corliss lawyer Mark Jay Heller says it was settled on confidential terms. A lawyer and a spokeswoman for the skyscraper's owners did not immediately respond to telephone and email messages Tuesday.

Heller says Corliss is pleased with the resolution.

The independent record label has filed a breach-of-contract lawsuit against McGraw, claiming the country superstar failed to provide a fifth and final album that met contractual obligations by an April deadline.

'Beverly Hillbillies' Actress Donna Douglas Sues Barbie Maker

NEW ORLEANS – The actress who played Elly May Clampett on the hit television series "The Beverly Hillbillies" is suing toy manufacturer Mattel Inc., claiming the company used her name and likeness for a Barbie doll without her authorization.

The federal suit filed Wednesday in Baton Rouge, La., says packaging for the "Elly May" Barbie doll features a photo of Donna Douglas portraying the character. Douglas says she never endorsed the doll or gave Mattel permission to use her name to promote its sale before the toy maker introduced the doll in December 2010.

'Happy Days' Cast Sue Over Merchandise Sales

LOS ANGELES – Members of the "Happy Days" cast sued CBS Corp. on Tuesday, alleging they're not getting a cut of the money made in sales of DVDs, lunch boxes, board games and other merchandises related to the television show.

The plaintiffs named in the lawsuit filed in Los Angeles Superior Court include Anson Williams, Marion Ross, Don Most, Erin Moran and Patricia Bosley, wife of the late Tom Bosley, who died last year. Two prominent members of the 1974 to 1984 sitcom, Henry Winkler and Ron Howard, are not party to the lawsuit.

Court Upholds $4M Verdict in A&E TV Show Dispute

CHARLESTON, S.C. – A federal appeals court has upheld a South Carolina real estate investor's $4 million verdict in a dispute over profits from the A&E reality television show "Flip This House."

The 4th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals this week upheld the verdict awarded to creator and one-time host Richard C. Davis.

A jury in 2008 awarded the money to Davis, who created the show and appeared on its first season. The Trademark Properties Inc. real estate investor sued after he said the cable network broke an oral agreement to split the show's profits.
