Robert Durst, scion of the wealthy Durst family, was suspected but never tried for killing his wife Kathie who disappeared in 1982 and was never found.

"All Good Things" opens in theaters on December 3.

Brian Geraghty Pictures: Gotham Independent Film Awards 2009 Red Carpet Photos

Brian Geraghty Pictures: Brian Geraghty arrives on the red carpet at IFP's 19th Annual Gotham Independent Film Awards at Cipriani, Wall Street on November 30, 2009 in New York City.

Director Kathryn Bigelow's "The Hurt Locker" picked up two trophies at the annual event, winning best feature and honors for best ensemble performance.  The best documentary prize went to "Food, Inc.," while Robert Siegel won breakthrough director for his helming debut in "Big Fan." Other notable winners included, Catalina Saavedra, who captured the breakthrough actor award for her performance as a servant in "The Maid."
