Underneath, Bailey layered a shimmery bra top in shades of black, purple, and blue. Adding to the boldness of her look, she threw on a pair of towering patent leather lace-up boots with clear lucite platforms. She sported a long afro, thick white eyeliner, and long nails. "mood," she captioned her post, likely in reference to her confident stature and attitude.
Bailey's Instagram moment is the latest in a string of stylish appearances. At the iHeartRadio Music Festival in Las Vegas on Saturday, Sept. 24, she wowed in a sparkly blue bodysuit that was mostly cutouts. She amped up the drama with matching opera gloves, opting for nude fishnet tights to keep the focus on the pièce de résistance. Last month, she took to Instagram to show off her boldest take on cutouts yet, posing in a gold chain top with a plunging neckline that completely exposed her chest. Cutouts are a signature for the 24-year-old star, who gravitates toward looks that incorporate them in fun and unexpected ways. This extends to her swimwear, most notably a strappy beige thonkini she shared on Instagram on Aug. 25.
